—SKILLS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION—

It is required that you have mastered the prerequisite skills 

mentioned below at the start of the course.

If you have any questions, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you’re not able to perform these skills at the start of the course, 

you’re always welcome in one of our other courses!

SOLAR:  Base, Flyer, or Hybrid

If you can only do these things as a base or as a flyer, 

this will be your main role in the course.

Tripod Headstand presses

Handstand against wall 60 seconds

Free handstand on the floor with a bailout. 

No need for perfect balance, but you won't fall anymore.

Free Shoulderstand

Foot to hand (low and high L-basing)

Ninja Star

Four-Step

Standing 2 High (On shoulders)

LUNAR:  Base and flyer

Base a lunar flow consisting of at least 4 different poses, 

and last for at least two minutes.

You shouldn't need any spotting for this, so the flyer can fully trust, 

relax and feel safe in their flight.

A weekend full of playfulness, loving touch & connection,

and growth.

Apart from learning an AcroYoga flow filled to the brim with different elements

like standing acrobatics, L-basing, pops, whips and challenging poses,

we also help you to dive deeper into your practice.

With exercises and games, related to the AcroYoga themes from this course,

you'll get the most out of your AcroYoga practice (and you'll get more out of life, too!)

Also, you will learn the best basing and flying skills,

while communicating your needs and boundaries.

- FRIDAY EVENING -

We'll start the weekends at our cozy yoga shala in LOU

with a group opening, a Bodywork & Dessert party or Thai massage evening.

During the Bodywork Dessert party, you'll share Thai massage, therapeutic flying

AND homemade desserts!

Can you imagine getting massaged (by two people) and eating chocolate

banana cake in the meantime ;)?

We'll guide you through the evening step by step,

with group exercises & mini workshops.

Start the weekend relaxed and energized

and connect with (new) friends.

- SATURDAY -

On the Saterdays of the weekends we'll inspire you with a beautiful,

creative AcroYoga flow, pops, whips or invite you

to create youself. We hope you like surprises!

With small steps for the beginners, and challenging

transitions for the more experienced.

At lunchtime we'll have a group potluck.

We'll be there to give you the coaching on exactly what you need.

- COVID TIMES ANNOUNCEMENT -

If we have to delay the start of the course as a result of government measures,

we'll let you know as soon as possible.

If we have to change the course schedule and outline as a result of Covid measures,

we'll provide you with several alternative options.

If it's impossible for you to attent the alternative options,

we'll offer you a voucher or refund and charge  €25,- administrative costs.

- CANCELLATION POLICY -

Cancellations are free up until the 15th of February 2022.

For cancellations up until 21 days before the event starts, we will

charge 50% of the total amount.

After this time, we will charge the full price.

However, you can sell your ticket to somebody else.

—LOCATION—

At the lovely LOU Oudenoord, close to the center of Utrecht.

A cozy yoga shala with plants and lots of windows that allow sunlight.

Yoga mats, blankets, tea, and free parking are provided.

But if the weather Gods are in our favor, we'll be teaching in nature,

maybe even using the water to our advantage.
