  • Do I need a partner to join an AcroYoga class?
    No need to bring a partner! In our classes we play with everybody, so you can practice with different people. Of course, you can bring your partner(s)! Please do so!
  • Do I need experience, strength or flexibility to join an AcroYoga class?
    Besides our intermediate and advanced courses, you don't need any experience to join our events. Having a basic understanding of yoga poses and a moderate level of physical fitness can be helpful. But don't need to be able to touch your toes! So don't worry. We'll provide modifications and support to accommodate all skill levels.
  • Is it safe to practice AcroYoga?
    Yes, AcroYoga is safe to practice, if we take safety measures. Safety measures are building blocks, spotters and safety instructions by teachers. We take safety very serious in our AcroYoga classes.
  • How often should I practice AcroYoga?
    The frequency of practice depends on your personal goals and schedule. For beginners, practicing once or twice a week can be beneficial. As you become more experienced, you may choose to practice more frequently to improve your skills and build strength.

    We have special events, where you can bring your children. Check the "classes & courses" page. Sometimes we allow older children to join a JAM or Playground. Please contact us through the chat or email to check if that's possible for a specific event.

    Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and leggings to your AcroYoga class. It's also a good idea to bring a positive attitude and an open mind, as AcroYoga involves working closely with others and trying new things.
