Whip it and flip it - a flow with Whips - part 2

Whips will teach you to work with momentum and finetune the connection with your partner. 

You’ll learn to surrender (flyer) and to be super steady and solid (base).

We’ll teach you the basics of whips, with the "Tarzan" and other fun moves, 

in a way that's safe and gives you a solid foundation. 

Then we’ll play with a variety of fun whips, depending on your level, integrated in an AcroYoga flow.

You'll learn which muscles to engage, when to let go and when to hold on, 

and how to talk your partner into trusting you (base). Just kidding ;)

We'll teach you how to earn your partner's trust!

A group of at least three people: base, flyer and spotter

Experienced in AcroYoga

Solid in basic washing machines like Ninja Star & Four Step
