WHAT THE EVENING WILL LOOK LIKEÂ
After an opening circle and group meditation,Â
the evening will start with a shared Christmas dinnerÂ
(everybody brings a small dish to the table).
Then, AcroYoga teacher Marijke van der Linde will guide you through a deeply relaxingÂ
full body massage flow, while musician Micol shares her favorite songs on the harmonium.
You are most welcome to bring a friend, but you can always partner upÂ
with one of the other participants as well.
