*These are the requirements in order to win:

-Post a video of yourself during one of the exercises 3 times a week (at least, more is always welcomed if you're on a roll!)

-Be creative in where and how you record your video

(just some examples: in the grocery store together with the owner, on a busy square, with people cheering, at your grandmother’s birthday party while eating cake, or maybe even invent your own partner stretches ;-) )

-show us the fun you’re having with the process and share your improvement

-support the other participants with likes, hearts and helpful feedback
