In these classes, you -AcroYoga couples and trios- will be coached to level up your acro.
We will start where you are now, and take you as far as we can!
√ All classes are inspired by different AcroYoga poses and flows
√ Evenings include free practice time with laser-focused coaching by Roald, Marijke & Sam
√ Breakout rooms will serve to coach you in small groups with even more focus on what you need
√ New flows and poses shared with you each week in our special Facebook Group

√These classes are for couples, households and AcroYoga cuddle buddies
