The weather Gods are not in our favor this time of the year. But don't worry: this Sunday we're bringing the sun inside! Warm your AcroYoga hearts & bodies in our floor heated yoga shala, with our fun games and loving Thai massage. Teachers & assistants will be there to guide you with every step

If you’ve ever been to an AcroYoga class, jam or workshop,
you know how much fun it can be, you’ve enjoyed the lighthearted playfulness,
as well as the loving and authentic connection that you’re invited to make.
Expect a welcoming freestyle environment, where you can practice and learn exactly what you want, for as long as you want. A place to meet new friends, challenge yourself in a safe way and connect from the heart.
