Monthly AcroYoga JAM: the tribe edition

This edition you can bring a friend who's never, or hardly, done AcroYoga for free. 

So invite your neighbor, sister or Facebook connection 

that always likes your AcroYoga video's and spread the love!

—WHAT TO EXPECT—

If you’ve ever been to an AcroYoga class, jam or workshop,

you know how much fun it can be, you’ve enjoyed the lighthearted playfulness,

as well as the loving and authentic connection that you’re invited to make.

Expect a welcoming freestyle environment, where you can practice and learn exactly what you want, 

for as long as you want. A place to meet new friends, 

challenge yourself in a safe way and connect from the heart.

For all levels! Whether you're an experienced AcroYoga or new to it, feel welcome. 

We have a loving team of playful people, who - in between playing themselves - 

are very happy to help you out and learn the basics.

—WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE—

The jam will begin with a group ceremony to set the space and get our bodies and minds warmed up.

After that, the space is open.

If you’re new to the practice, there will be teachers and assistants, and fellow AcroYogis to help you out.

During the last half hour of the jam, you’ll be guided through a simple yet delicious Thai Massage Flow.

—WHAT & WHO TO BRING—

Bring your friends along so you can grow and play together,

they’ll thank you for it,

unless they really don’t like physical play and connection.

Then it’s best to leave them at home with a Netflix movie.

You are welcome with or without any previous experience,

and with or without a partner.

ALSO: bring a small healthy

veggie snack to share during the jam.

We’ll create a delicious buffet together to enjoy! :)

—WHERE—

This JAM will take place in the beautiful yoga shala of Utrechts Yogacentrum. 

A super cosy, floor-heated space with a jungle garden and perfect ceiling to practice high tricks.
