Monthly AcroYoga JAM: Endless Summer

This is a guided and structured JAM. That means there will be two teachers 

- Roald Penning and Marijke van der Linde - and assistants who will guide you though the day.  

Expect an opening circle, warm-up, games, tips, demonstrations 

and a Thai massage partner sequence at the end of the day.  

—WHAT TO EXPECT— 

If you’ve ever been to an AcroYoga class, jam or workshop, 

you know how much fun it can be: 

you’ve enjoyed the lighthearted playfulness, as well as the loving 

and authentic connection that you’re invited to make. 

Expect a welcoming freestyle environment, 

where you can practice and play exactly how you like, 

for as long as you want.  

This is a place to meet new friends, 

challenge yourself in a safe way and connect from the heart.  

—FOR ALL LEVELS— 

The JAM will begin with a group ceremony to set the space and get our bodies and minds warmed up. 

After that, the space is open. There will be teachers, assistants, and fellow AcroYogis to help you out.  

—WHERE— 

This JAM will take place in Amelisweerd, under the trees, next to a beatiful stream, because it will be HOT!

When it's certain that the weather will be good, we'll offer an extra 10 tickets!

You can also meet us at Restaurant de Veldkeuken at 12.30, and we'll take you there

- CORONA GUIDELINES -  

If you wish to stick to your partner or buddy, of course you're super welcome too. 

We will ask in advance who wants to physically connect and who doesn't, 

so we can create a space in which everybody feels safe. 

Please keep in mind though, that if the JAM will be inside, it will be harder to keep physical distance. 

If the JAM will take place indoors, we'll ventilate well and offer you handsoap. 

Please stay at home if you're feeling sick.   

— WHAT & WHO TO BRING — 

Bring your friends along so you can grow and play together. 

You are welcome with or without any previous experience, and with or without a partner. 

ALSO: bring a small healthy veggie snack to share during the jam. 

We’ll create a delicious buffet together to enjoy! :)
