Monthly AcroYoga JAM - Creativity

All levels welcome!

AcroYogis all around the globe invent the most beautiful, crazy, and amazing tricks & flows. 

And they share it through social media or during workshops.

You can mix and mingle it and create your own flow, with bits and pieces of creations 

from all around the world. 

So in a way: we’re actually creating together on a global level!

On top of that, there’s this whole new realm to dive into: your own creativity! 

Because you can ALSO create your own tricks, poses, and transitions 

& put them together in a unique flow. 

Creating it’s endless: pure magic!

That’s why we’ll invite you to get creative. But besides our guidance, 

you can practice and play exactly how you like, for as long as you want. 

Expect a welcoming freestyle environment.

—WHAT TO EXPECT—

If you’ve ever been to an AcroYoga class, jam or workshop,

you know how much fun it can be: you’ve enjoyed the lighthearted playfulness,

as well as the loving and authentic connection that you’re invited to make.

This is a place to meet new friends, challenge yourself safely and connect from the heart.

—FOR ALL LEVELS—

The JAM will begin with a group ceremony to set the space.

We'll play games and get our bodies and minds warmed up.

After that, the space is open to play with each other.

We'll be there to answer questions, give tips and inspire you with fun acro tricks.

If you’re new to the practice: we, our assistants and fellow AcroYogis will help you out.

The last half hour, we'll guide you through a yummy Thai massage sequence.

—WHAT & WHO TO BRING—

Bring your friends along, so you can grow and play together.

You are welcome with or without any previous experience,

and with or without a partner.

ALSO: bring a small healthy veggie snack to share during the jam.

We’ll create a delicious buffet together to enjoy!

—WHERE—

This JAM will take place in

in our own beautiful yoga shala in LOU.

A super cozy yoga shala with a tiny rainforest of plants and lots of windows that allow sunlight.

In case the jam is inside, we do have a maximum of 25 spots, so get your tickets on time!
