Bring on the creative You! 

Of course we know that you love AcroYoga. And we definitely believe that you’re more creative than you think!

This jam is an opportunity to bring and share your unique gifts with the tribe. We’ll bring it all together and create a feast of possibilities:  Playing music, drawing, cooking, dancing, etc, it's all welcome to share in this Jam.  We’re going to create a fantastic creative space.  And yes, of course, we’ll do lots of AcroYoga as well ;)  So bring it on and let your creative soul shine!

***PRACTICAL INFORMATION*** 

In this guided and structured jam, Roald and Sam will guide you through the day.  We’ll start with an opening circle, warm-up games, lots of tips & tricks at your fingertips and a Thai massage partner sequence at the end of the day.

This time, however, we also ask you to bring your gifts and skills, games, musical instruments, costumes, and whatever else you’d like to share.

So let us know what you’d like to do, share, give, perform, bake or shake, and we will set up the space to make it possible.

 

***WHAT TO EXPECT*** 

If you’ve ever been to an AcroYoga class, jam or workshop, you know how much fun it can be: you’ve enjoyed the lighthearted playfulness, as well as the loving and authentic connection that you’re invited to make.  Expect a welcoming freestyle environment, where you can practice and play exactly how you like, for as long as you want.  This is a place to meet new friends, challenge yourself in a safe way, and connect from the heart.  ***FOR ALL LEVELS*** The JAM will begin with a group ceremony to set the space and get your body and mind warmed up. After that, the space is open. Apart from the teachers, you’ll find that your fellow AcroYogis are happy to help you out with learning new things.

***LOCATION*** 

This JAM will take place in our own beautiful yoga shala at LOU Oudenoord. A super cozy yoga shala with a tiny rainforest of plants and lots of windows that allow sunlight. Inside we have a maximum of 25 spots, so get your tickets on time.

If the weather allows, we'll head over to the Beatrix Park near Lunetten. 

In that case, we'll offer an extra 10 tickets!

***CORONA GUIDELINES***

Please be aware that we are practicing a "contact sport", which requires extra awareness.

So take care of your hygiene, don't come if you're not feeling well, and respect those who want to keep their physical distance.

 If you wish to stick to one partner, you're very welcome as well. We will check in advance who wants to physically connect and who doesn't, so we can create a space in which everybody feels safe. Please keep in mind though, that if the JAM takes place inside, it will be harder to keep the physical distance.   If the JAM takes place indoors, we'll ventilate well and offer disinfectant.  Please stay at home if you're not feeling well.  

***WHAT TO BRING CHECKLIST*** 

√ Yourself! No experience needed to join the fun. You can bring a partner if you like, but you don’t need one. 

You’ll find that making friends is easy when you do AcroYoga 

√ A friend! 

√ Comfortable clothing 

√ Water, and a sweater 

√ A yoga mat (only in case the jam is in the park) 

√ A healthy (veggie) snack to share during the potluck
