Do you want to connect to the AcroYoga tribe, play and learn as a group? Are you new to AcroYoga? Experienced? You'll be coached by professional AcroYoga teachers on exactly what you want and need. And today the Playground is FREE, to celebrate Marijke's birthday!

This is your chance to customize your AcroYoga practice and grow big time
We'll offer poses/flows/washing machines and other inspiration,
tuned to your level of experience.
We have a limited amount of spots available, so be quick to reserve yours!
What the Playground looks like
Guided by Marijke, we'll start with a group circle ceremony and warm-up or games.
This will connect you to your own body and to each other.
After that, the space is open for free play.
Acrobatics, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Flying, Handstand practice,
Yoga, Stretching, Strength building: you can do whatever you want!
In the meantime, we will be with you as your dedicated coaches to help you out.
The Playgrounds finish with a massage and closing circle.
