Well fortunately, that's exactly what these weekly classes offer.

And they will help you to reach Handstand Mastery.

Every Wednesday from 20.00 to 21.15

With fun as our main ingredient, I'm dedicated to get you where you want to be: A freestanding handstand.

But not just that: we’ll play with Tripods, yoga headstands, crows, dolphins, press handstands, handstand flows, L-sits, bailouts, and all kinds of arm balances.

These classes will make you strong, flexible, playful and creative in hand balancing.

I will take you through all the steps you need to master your handstand.

You'll receive coaching on your specific sticking points and give you the tips that will help you to succeed.
