Friends & Family JAM

This afternoon is our gift to you, and a great opportunity to share AcroYoga with the ones you hold dear.

We will start at 13.00 with the circle ceremony: our usual group meditation to help everyone arrive, land and feel welcome.

After that, we'll warm up and play with each other.

This is an opportunity to extend the friendly AcroYoga spirit to others who might be completely new to the practice, and welcome them to the fun.

And of course: one more opportunity to work on those poses and flows that you want to master!

For the potluck, we ask everyone to bring a little snack to share (preferably vegan).

We will spend the afternoon Jamming and chilling, AND we'll provide an opportunity for you to show what you've learned in the course: you can share a short performance, a flow, a pose, whatever you like.

The day will close with a simple guided Thai Massage for an ultimate chill ending.
