Using basic AcroYoga principles, we play, stretch, warm up and work out together.

The movements we use are accessible regardless of your skill level.
As long as you enjoy the idea of playing together

Fit with Acro - Every Monday from 10.15 to 11.15
This first class of the day will get you strong, flexible and fit, while playing and having fun.
With its foundation in basic partner AcroYoga, you’ll get skilled while having a great time with your (new) friends.
