AcroYoga is a mix between acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage.  

It's all about playfulness, connection and loving touch. 

It's the most playful form of yoga, because you share 

your yoga mat and lift each other off the ground. 

You surrender to heavenly partner yoga poses and awaken 

the acrobat within yourself. Yin & Yang. 

You play with gravity and discover that you're able 

of much more than you think.
