AcroYoga Playgrounds this Summer

You don't need experience or a partner to join!

This is your chance to customize your AcroYoga practice and grow big time

We'll offer poses/flows/washing machines and other inspiration,

tuned to your level of experience.

We have a limited amount of spots available, so be quick to reserve yours!

What the Playground looks like

Guided by Roald or Marijke, we'll start with a group circle ceremony and warm-up or games.

This will connect you to your own body and to each other.

After that, the space is open for free play.

Acrobatics, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Flying, Handstand practice,

Yoga, Stretching, Strength building: you can do whatever you want!

In the meantime, we will be with you as your dedicated coaches to help you out.

The Playgrounds finish with a massage and closing circle.

Prices

1 Saturday: 17,50 euro

2 Saturdays: 30 euro

3 Saturdays: 37,50 euro

Location will be communicated through email and social media

Ideally, If the weather allows, the Playgrounds will take place at the Wilhelminapark or in the nature. 

This Saturday we'll be at the Maarsseveense plassen.

Third beach on the short side of Maarsseveense Plassen. The field is a bit hidden. Best way to get there is to enter the second field, and follow the small path in between the trees. Or simply use google to get to the exact location! Bring your yogamat, water bottle, swimwear, towel, sunscreen, frisbee, beach ball: basically whatever you like and need!

In case of rain or unpredictable weather conditions however, we will rent a gym in the center of Utrecht.
