AcroYoga Playground on Saturdays

These 4 Saturdays are for you if you want to: 

√ Receive coaching & feedback on your specific sticking points by two certified AcroYoga teachers 

√ Be guided through the practice with an opening circle, warm-up games and Thai massage sequence  

√ Be inspired by having other AcroYogis around you 

√ Keep having fun and laughs with your AcroYoga friends 

√ Reach your AcroYoga goals.

This is your chance to customize your AcroYoga practice and grow big time! 

We will offer you poses/flows/washing machines and other inspiration, 

tuned to your level of experience.

We have a limited amount of spots available, so be quick to reserve yours!

----What the mornings look like---- 

Guided by Sam en Marijke (get to know us on our "About us" page), 

we'll start with a group circle ceremony and warm-up or games,  

to connect to your body and to each other.

After that, the space is open for free play: Acrobatics, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Flying, 

Handstand practice, Yoga, Stretching, Strength building.

Sam and Marijke will be with you as your dedicated coaches who 

love to get you to your next level! 

The mornings end with a massage, closing circle  and maybe even mantra singing.

We'll brew tea and light some candles & incense.

It's going to be super cosy!

12,50 euro per class 

49 euro total

3 Saturdays:  

15 euro per class 

37,50 euro in total

1 Saturday:  

17,50 euro

We ask everybody to bring a self test to use before we start. 

If you prefer to only touch your partner or AcroYoga buddy: 

of course you're super welcome too!  

We will ask in advance who wants to physically connect with 

others and who doesn't, so we can create a space in which everybody feels safe. 

And of course: please don't come to the Playground if you're feeling sick.

The Playgrounds will be in our own beautiful yoga shala in LOU. 

A super cozy space with a tiny rainforest of plants  and lots of windows that allow sunlight.
