AcroYoga JAM: Let's celebrate human touch!

We will gather the AcroYoga tribe to celebrate: our community, playing with multiple friends, 

being able to spot each other again, and exchanging massage. 

We welcome you with open arms, to un-lock, connect & play together and celebrate the beginning of an AcroYoga Summer!

Note: if you don't want to touch anybody besides your partner or buddy, 

but you do want to enjoy the JAM: of course you're super welcome too!

We will ask in advance who wants to physically connect and who doesn't, 

so we can create a space in which everybody feels safe.

And please don't come to the JAM if you're feeling sick, or have any symptoms that could point to Covid.

In the unlikely case that it's raining (but hey, we still live in the Netherlands..) 

the jam will take place at Lou Oudenoord. 

We will let you know in advance!

—WHAT TO EXPECT—

If you’ve ever been to an AcroYoga class, jam or workshop,

you know how much fun it can be: you’ve enjoyed the lighthearted playfulness, 

as well as the loving and authentic connection that you’re invited to make.

Expect a welcoming freestyle environment, where you can practice and play exactly how you like, 

for as long as you want.

This is a place to meet new friends, challenge yourself in a safe way and connect from the heart.

—FOR ALL LEVELS—

The jam will begin with a group ceremony to set the space and get our bodies and minds warmed up.

After that, the space is open.

If you’re new to the practice there will be teachers, assistants, and fellow AcroYogis to help you out.

—WHAT & WHO TO BRING—

Bring your friends along so you can grow and play together.

You are welcome with or without any previous experience,

and with or without a partner.

ALSO: bring a small healthy

veggie snack to share during the jam.

We’ll create a delicious buffet together to enjoy! :)

—WHERE—

This JAM will take place in the forest of Amelisweerd, next to the water.

Or, if the weather Gods don't allow this, 

in our own beautiful yoga shala in LOU.

A super cozy yoga shala with a tiny rainforest of plants

and lots of windows that allow sunlight.

In case the jam is inside, we do have a maximum of 30 spots, so get your tickets on time!
