AcroYoga flow workshop - beginners

"My first AcroYoga flow"  

In this beginners workshop we will teach you the basic elements 

you need to create your first AcroYoga flow, in which different poses flow into each other.  

Prereqs: a high five ;)    

—WHERE—

This JAM will take place in the Beatrix park or, if the weather doesn't allow this,

in our own beautiful yoga shala in LOU.

A super cozy yoga shala with a tiny rainforest of plants

and lots of windows that allow sunlight.

In case the jam is inside, we do have a maximum of 30 spots, so get your tickets on time!
