AcroYoga Coaching Nights

They are specially made for you if you want to:

√ Prime yourself to be ready for the next AcroYoga Adventure course

√ Receive coaching & feedback on your specific sticking points

√ Be inspired by having other AcroYogis around you

√ Keep having fun and laughs with your AcroYoga friends

Plus, we will tune in to you, and give you assignments, homework and exercises 

that will evolve as the course continues, and will help you reach your AcroYoga goals.

This is your chance to customize your AcroYoga practice and grow big time!

We will offer you poses/flows/washing machines and other inspiration, tuned to your level of experience.

What the evenings look like

Guided by Roald en Marijke, we'll start with a group circle ceremony and a short warm-up or game,

to connect to your body and to each other.

After that, the space is open for free play:

Acrobatics, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Flying, Handstand practice, Yoga, Stretching, Strength building.

Roald and Marijke will be with you as your dedicated coaches who love to get you to your next level!

The evenings end with a massage and closing circle.

Note: if you don't want to touch anybody besides your partner or AcroYoga buddy: 

of course you're super welcome too! We will ask in advance who wants to 

physically connect with others and who doesn't, so we can create a space in which everybody feels safe.

And of course: please don't come to the Coaching Night if you're feeling sick.

- Location -

The Coaching Nights will be in the Beatrix Park or, if the weather doesn't allow this, 

in our own beautiful yoga shala in LOU.

A super cozy yoga shala with a tiny rainforest of plants

and lots of windows that allow sunlight.

In case the class is inside, we have only a few spots for AcroYogis 

who haven't booked the the Summer package with us, so get your tickets on time!
