This is a special offering of 8 evenings from January to March 2020.

What the evening looks like
Guided by Roald, we'll start with a group circle ceremony and a short warm-up or game,Â
to connect to your body and to each other.
After that, the space is open for free play:
Acrobatics, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Flying, Handstand practice, Yoga, Stretching, Strength building
Roald will be with you as your dedicated coach who loves to get you to your next level!
The evenings end with a closing circle.

From 19 to 21:30 (2,5 hours)
Free purified water and herbal tea available during the whole evening
Prereq: Foundational experience with AcroYoga
