AcroYoga Bodywork & Dessert Party

This is a delightful lazy Sunday afternoon where we'll share loving touch, sweetness & music 

(bring your guitar or hang drum if you have one!). 

A day to give & receive and relax to-the-max. Mmmm... 

The very, very lunar side of AcroYoga ;)     

—WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE—  

The party will begin with a group ceremony to set the space 

and get our bodies and minds warmed up. After that, the space is open.  

If you’re new to the practice, there will be teachers, assistants

and fellow AcroYogis to help you out.  

Also, you’ll be guided through simple yet delicious Thai Massage 

and therapeutic flight flows.

We will serve tea all afternoon, you can chill on our couches, meet new friends 

and try out the different treats that everyone will bring.

—WHAT TO EXPECT—  If you’ve ever been to an AcroYoga class, jam or workshop, 

you know how much fun it can be, you’ve enjoyed the lighthearted playfulness,  

as well as the loving and authentic connection that you’re invited to make.  

Expect a welcoming freestyle environment, where you can practice 

and learn exactly what you want, for as long as you want. 

A place to meet new friends,  challenge yourself in a safe way and connect from the heart.

Whether you're an experienced AcroYoga or new to it, feel welcome.  

We have a loving team of playful people, who - in between playing themselves 

-   are very happy to help you out and learn the basics.  

—WHAT & WHO TO BRING—  

Bring your friends along so you can grow and play together,  

they’ll thank you for it, unless they really don’t like physical play and connection. 

Then it’s best to leave them at home with a Netflix movie.  

You are welcome with or without any previous experience, and with or without a partner.  

ALSO: bring your favorite (healthy & vegan) sweet things to share during the party.   

We’ll create a delicious buffet together to enjoy! :)  

—WHERE—  

This party will take place in the beautiful yoga shala of LOU.  

A super cosy, heated space with lots of plants and Christmas lights.
