Absolute Beginners - AcroYoga workshop

Share your yoga mat with another and lift each other off the ground. 

Surrender to heavenly partner yoga poses and awaken the acrobat within yourself. 

Grown-ups can be children again.

Dance, fly, let ‘mmmmm’ and ‘oooooh’ escape your lips, play with gravity 

and discover that you are able to do much more than you think.

There is already so much seriousness in the world, so leave your agenda at home, 

throw your tie in the fire and come and play and forget time!

In other words: AcroYoga - a mix between acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage - is at your doorstep…

The prerequisites of this workshop are: a high five and the ability to give each other a loving hug. 

Please make sure you practice this well before the workshop starts.

Other than that: you need no experience whatsoever!

AcroYoga – Acrobatics

Play, balance, power and co-creation. You are capable of more than you think! 

This is the acrobatic side of AcroYoga. Using your own and your partner’s bodyweight, 

you’ll learn fun ways to make your body flexible, strong and fit. 

This will build your foundation to play AcroYoga on a higher level. In a playful way, 

you’ll practice strength and balance, as well as trust and connection.

AcroYoga – Therapeutic Flying & Acrobatics

Connection, trust, playfulness and relaxation. 

That’s what the Healing Arts are about.

Therapeutic Flying and Partneryoga will teach you to collaborate, 

develop trust and gain greater balance & flexibility.

Thai Yoga Massage will teach you a dynamic yet meditative way to give 

and receive touch in a safe and nourishing environment.

plus helpful background information when needed, and / or instructional videos to help you get ready.

After the workshop you'll receive a second email with an instructional video
