This week is about relaxing and letting go of your busy life,

getting off the grid (we’re throwing in a digital detox free of charge),

deepening your connections & enjoying nature. 

This is about using the healing and transformational power of AcroYoga

to work it's little miracles in our lives.

We already organized two wonderful retreats, 

and this year we're very happy and excited 

to offer a thoroughly upgraded summer experience.

This is a week filled with fun & playfulness, and a dedication 

to reach higher skill levels in your AcroYoga practice.

We offer fun & challenges for multiple levels, from absolute beginners

to advanced ninjas.

Expect to upgrade your acrobatic skills, deepen your Thai Massage

knowledge and experience an overall refinement in your movement practice.

AMAZING COOKS

We will be joined by two amazing cooks: Annemieke & Yan Kei. 

Last year they, apart from surprising us every day with their delicious and beautiful meals, also filled the space with their love and positive vibes. We are fans!

They will design a week of wonderful (veggie) meals,

spiced with fresh herbs from the garden and infused 

with lots of love (& acoustic guitar vibes...)

RELAX AND  ENJOY

Besides AcroYoga you can:

* we'll alternate the afternoon program with the evening program, 

so you'll also have free time in the evening

LOCATION

In the northern part of the Dordogne, in the Parc Naturel Périgord Limousin,

in the middle of unspoiled nature, lies the hamlet of La Pinalie,

surrounded by woods and meadows.

Here the paved road turns into a sandy path into the woods.

Roe deer, foxes, barn owls and lizards are the silent forest dwellers that can still be found here.

Our lovely host Maïté Volpato, Roald's old dance teacher,

owns two beautifully restored farmhouses in the middle of this nature reserve.

She knows everything about the wildlife, adventurous trails

and the best sightseeing spots in the area and loves to share stories about animals and plants.

ACCOMMODATION

You can bring your own camper or tent and camp in the meadows.

*Note: there's a limited amount of camper spots available.

Or, you can choose to sleep in the beautiful 18th century farmhouses,

that have been restored in authentic style with beamed ceilings, stone walls, flagstones and a fireplace.

There are 1-person, 2-person and 4-person rooms for rent.

The larger house La Pinalie 1 has a patio/garden courtyard with views

of the garden and majestic trees.

The smaller house La Pinalie 2 overlooks a large meadow with woods.

UPGRADE & EXTEND YOUR HOLIDAY

You’re free to stay longer if you like*. This will give you time to visit

the medieval castles and abbeys, prehistoric caves and farmers' markets in the nearby villages.

You can also ride horses or discover the area along the rivers with a canoe.

La Pinalie is surrounded by national parks and not too far away from the Mediterranean Sea,

so enough to discover and enjoy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before the 1st of April you’ll receive a full refund.

Between the 1st of  April and 1st of May you’ll be charged 50% of total costs.

After the 1st of May: no refund possible (you can sell or give your ticket to a friend).

KARMA YOGIS

As a karma yogi you’ll be able to attend between 50 and 75% of all the classes and workshops.

You also have enough free time to enjoy all other benefits of the retreat.

Your shifts mainly consist of helping in the kitchen.

So if you like hosting, food is your passion (besides AcroYoga of course)

and you don’t mind doing dishes, then don’t hesitate to accept this lovely offer!
