We’ll focus on fundamentals like tightness and lightness (core strength & balance) 

and softness (oh-so feathery feet and hand grip). 

We’ll teach you how to massage and stretch each other in refreshing gravity-defying ways. 

We’ll challenge you to try funky new transitions and washing machines in a playful way: 

so be prepared to laugh and sweat. 

Fun guaranteed.    

You’ll build strength, elegance, and flexibility. 

Develop more self-esteem and body awareness. 

Master new techniques. 

You’ll probably find an AcroYoga partner (or two).

It does help to have some movement experience, otherwise the course might be too challenging.

With exercises and games, related to the AcroYoga themes from this course,

Also, you will learn the best basing and flying skills,

while communicating your needs and boundaries.

- FRIDAY EVENING - Indoors

We'll start the weekend at our cozy yoga shala in LOU

with a group opening and a Bodywork & Dessert party.

During this evening, you'll share Thai massage, therapeutic flying

AND homemade desserts!

Can you imagine getting massaged (by two people) and eating chocolate

banana cake in the meantime ;)?

We'll guide you through the evening step by step,

with group exercises & mini workshops.

Start the weekend relaxed and energized

and connect with (new) friends.

- SATURDAY -

We'll inspire you with a beautiful, creative AcroYoga flow.

With small steps for beginners+, and standing acrobatics,

challenging transitions & pops for intermediate AcroYogis.

After the workshop we'll have a group potluck, followed by a JAM

in which you can really get the hang of everything you've learned.

We'll be there to give you the coaching on exactly what you need.

- SUNDAY -

We'll surprise you with standing acrobatics,

L-basing & whips, all mixed up in a funky flow.

We'll provide challenging progressions 

for intermediate and more advanced AcroYogis.

- COVID TIMES ANNOUNCEMENT -

We intend to start this course on October 20th.

If we have to delay the start of the course as a result of government measures,

we'll let you know as soon as possible.

- CANCELLATION POLICY -

Cancellations are free up until 6 weeks before the event starts.

For cancellations up until 21 days before the event starts, we will

charge 50% of the total amount.

After this time, we will charge the full price.

However, you can sell your ticket to somebody else.

If we have to change the course schedule and outline as a result of Covid measures, 

we'll provide you with several alternative options. If you choose to ask for a refund instead, we'll charge €25,- administrative costs.

—LOCATION—  

In the lovely LOU Oudenoord, near the center of Utrecht. 

A cozy yoga shala with plants and lots of windows that allow sunlight. 

Yoga mats, blankets, and tea are provided and free parking is available.  

But if the weather Gods are in our favor, we'll be teaching in nature,

maybe even using the water to our advantage.
