Two immersive weekends, 8 weekly classes, weekly challenges

Two weekends full of playfulness, loving touch & connection,

and growth.

Apart from learning an AcroYoga flow filled to the brim with different elements

like standing acrobatics, L-basing, pops, whips and challenging poses,

we also help you to dive deeper into your practice.

With exercises and games, related to the AcroYoga themes from this course,

you'll get the most out of your AcroYoga practice (and you'll get more out of life, too!)

Also, you will learn the best basing and flying skills,

while communicating your needs and boundaries.

- FRIDAY EVENING - opening weekend - 30 September

We'll start the opening weekend with a Thai Massage evening, 

which will be all about connection, relaxation and loving touch.

We'll guide you through the evening step by step,

with playful exercises and a deliciously long Thai Massage exchange.

Start the weekend relaxed and energized

and connect with (new) friends.

- SATURDAY - opening weekend - 1 October

This opening Saturday will be fully dedicated to learning -or growing- your therapeutic flying skills.

As a base, you’ll learn to be stable, trustworthy and present.

As a flyer, you’ll learn to relax, trust and let go.

You will first develop your technical flying skills, 

and then develop qualities like: 

presence in touch, loving kindness, and fully tuning into your partner’s needs.

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY - closing weekend - 25-26 November

This closing weekend will be all about acrobatics and play. 

We'll inspire you with beautiful, creative AcroYoga flows at your level of experience.

This might include pops, whips, hand2hands, and standing acrobatics.

At lunchtime we'll have a group potluck.

We'll be there to give you the coaching on exactly what you need.

Also, this is where everyone will share a short performance of what they’ve learned.

- CANCELLATION POLICY -

Cancellations are free up until 5 August 2022.

For cancellations up until 2 September, we will charge 50% of the total amount.

After this time, we will charge the full price.

However, you can sell your ticket to somebody else.

- COVID POLICY -

In the unlikely event that we have to change the course schedule and outline 

as a result of Covid measures, we'll provide you with several alternative options. 

If it's impossible for you to attend the alternative options, 

we'll offer you a voucher for the remainder of your course, valid for one year.

A cozy yoga shala with plants and lots of windows that allow sunlight.

Yoga mats, blankets, and tea are provided and free parking is available.
